Course description

Corporate Capabilities Statements are often among the first materials reviewed by US defence prime contractors when assessing potential suppliers. They are used to quickly determine relevance, credibility, and alignment with a specific program or mission requirement.

This course focuses on preparing a clear, focused Corporate Capabilities Statement tailored to US defence prime contractor and program-specific engagement. It shows how to present organisational capability in a concise, decision-support format, including selecting relevant capabilities, aligning them to a specific US customer or program, and structuring content to demonstrate readiness, relevance, and mission alignment.
