Proposal Development Module


Leading a proposal team requires both strategic and tactical skills. As the Proposal Manager, you are responsible for directing solution development, managing writing and production, and maintaining compliance with RFP requirements to deliver a complete, compelling, and competitive submission.

This course builds the leadership and process control needed to manage complex proposals in high-stakes environments. You will learn how to apply industry best practices, coordinate contributors, manage schedules, and guide the response from planning through delivery—ensuring every proposal is compliant, persuasive, and positioned to win.
