Staffing your Contract
Present your personnel effectively for every opportunity.
Effective staffing and deployment of corporate resources are essential for project success. Customers evaluate the experience of Key Personnel and the technical team to determine whether an organization is qualified to perform the work.
Properly staffing a contract demonstrates your ability to assemble a qualified team, meet project requirements, and deliver on time, which enhances the proposal's competitiveness and increases the likelihood of winning the contract.
This course develops your ability to prepare a strong staffing plan for the contract you are bidding on. You will learn how to present an integrated staffing approach that highlights your organization's key personnel, functional team, and corporate resources to support the project.
