Defence Business Development: Australia–US



This program supports Victorian organisations to effectively engage with U.S. defence contractors through understanding of the practices and expectations that shape the U.S. defence market. It introduces the structure and business culture of the U.S. defence market, explains how prime contractors assess capability, and outlines the communication practices commonly used across the sector. The program also highlights pathways for accessing opportunities, including the role of the Global Supply Chain Program. Through three courses, participants learn practical ways to align their materials, present their capability clearly, and position their organisation to grow its business in the U.S. defence market.
